My favourite pundit would have to be John 'Aldo' Aldridge. He's a rare breed in the pundit world, totally impartial, open minded, with an obvious leaning towards EFC. Probably my favourite kopite after Jimmy Case.

There's not much to choose from if we're talking ex-Everton or favourable (fair) to Everton.

The roll call of Kopites go without saying. Murphy, Thompson, Aldridge et al are all complete whoppers.

When it comes to pundits I like them to have had proper careers and have a mind for good punditry. They absolutely need both.

Carragher and Neville (especially together) aren't bad even if I don't always agree with them. (Carragher being a bad virgin at times not withstanding)

Thierry Henry and Alan Shearer don't rip up trees but they earn their keep.

Robbie Savage, Michael Owen, Steve McManaman, David James, Ian Wright and Jamie Redknapp can all get in the bin. All offer absolutely nothing.
