....I imagine the new guy will want to win games. In order to do that he will pick his strongest team.

I doubt there will be a new guy, all unprecedented for Anderlecht. Would be the fourth this season. Maybe the T2 will step up again temporarily. Would be a poisoned chalice to take on the job now, best to wait until after the season.

Bolasie will still play. Nobody cares about winning any more though. Barring a miracle it will be the first time in 55 years Anderlecht misses European football. Lots of angry people. All sorts of records are getting broken but for the wrong reasons. Lost the 21 year unbeaten record against Brugge at home, this weekend lost the fourth game in a row for the first time in 56 years. Very sad state of affairs.

He didn't play well in the loss against Antwerp; got overpowered and outpaced by their defence - played as a striker for most of the game: ( Yannick Bolasie: 5
Behield het vertrouwen als diepe spits maar zat minder lekker in de match dan tegen Club Brugge.

Can't say anything about the most recent game against Standard though. He returned to his position as a winger. Didn't do anything of note. Was 2-0 after +- 30 minutes and by then a part of the fans had had enough. In fairness I think they did them a 'favour'; because looking at how the game was going it would have probably gotten worse than a 5-0 loss. Referee had to definitively halt the game after 32 minutes, and +- 25 minutes of play; he had already stopped the game once but things didn't improve. Pyro: lots and lots of smoke bombs and flares.

Most fans would prefer to just play the young players and already bin-off the underachievers. Thing is you can't do that since they are already struggling to sell them. Like Lawrence, ('Welsh' international; apparently he's playing instead of Williams - I don't know how bad Williams has become during this season but if this guy is playing before him it has to be next-level horrible).

Something like that but with Bolasie and Trebel. Dimata is still injured - he wants to be back in time for the EC in June (good luck with that) ... Lokonga is also out for the season. Especially Doku (even though he is only 16) has to play; he has already turned Liverpool down two times so just let him play or he could still end up there.

Will update fully tomorrow but the Guardian report seems well impressed by young Antonee:
Hats off to Christian Walton for much brilliant goalkeeping and Antonee Robinson for a masterclass in playing left-back....
Unleashing a more constructive fury Leeds blitzed Wigan’s box with a barrage of shots and crosses but Walton kept on saving superly and Cook’s left-back, Robinson, an Everton loanee, shone in defence.

Can you explain why Bolasie has played at striker at all? His skills and decision making is questionable, but I've never seen him out paced or overpowered by anyone even in the PL.

Championship
Sheffield United - Kieran Dowell started on the bench and came on in the 86th minute of a 2-0 home win over Nottingham Forest

Bolton Wanderers - Joe Williams and Callum Connolly, who was booked, played full matches as Bolton were relegated with a 0-2 home defeat to Aston Villa

OS Match Report
"Joe Williams went close on 73 minutes, hitting a first time shot from Callum Connolly’s ball across goal that just finishes wide of the mark."

Twitter stuff
Chance for Wanderers! @Callum1connolly cuts the ball back to @JoeWilliams0812 who sees a curling first time shot from the edge of the box go narrowly wide, with Jed Steer at full stretch. (73)
After an initial Mile Jedinak header was scrambled away, his second attempt - a shot from 15 yards, was blocked behind for a corner by @Callum1connolly. (87)
Teed up by @Erhun_A_Oztumer, @JoeWilliams0812 attempted a drive from 25 yards out that went a yard or so wide of the target. Decent strike! (90+1)

No particular comments abou their performances as fans understandably otherwise occupied.

Wigan Athletic - Antonee Robinson played full match in 2-1 away win over Leeds United

"Holgate was good going forward but suffered against their left winger (lucky he couldn't cross a road)."

League One
Blackpool - Antony Evans started and was substituted in the 79th minute of a 0-0 away draw at Scunthorpe United

OS Match Report
"Some great skill from Antony Evans five minutes in to the second-half opened up an opportunity for the on-loan Everton man to shoot, however his strike was straight at Alnwick."
"Antony Evans left the pitch five minutes later after picking up a knock."

Twitter stuff
1' - Evans left in acres of space down the left, runs into the box and sees his cut back turned behind. (0-0)
1' - Evans now runs over to take the corner but sees a Scunthorpe defender clear away his delivery. (0-0)
50' - Antony Evans does everything but score. Great skill to work his way past two defenders before firing straight at Alnwick. (0-0)
63' - Antony Evans, left in space from 25-yards out, bends a left-footed effort over the bar. (0-0)
76' - Antony Evans, who received treatment just a moment ago, signals to the bench that he's unable to continue. (0-0)

....shame about Bolton’s relegation, apparently players haven’t been paid again. Some encouraging signs otherwise, fantastic win for Wigan, well done Robinson.
