..I think the definition of ‘making it’ needs consideration. These are young men many of whom are on their 2nd professional contracts at a Premier League club. I think they can be considered as having made it, they are already very wealthy even though the level their career takes them might be open to debate.

I'd prefer to see what a good manager can do with them first and not write them off completely when they are 21 or younger.
