I don't want to come across as being 'funny' but I do have to eat every 2 hours due to my metabolism. I will be bringing a back pack with my essentials from now on.

I agree here. I pay the ticket price to get to see the match, and getting a hot dog or pie is not my priority. If I have a pint pre game, I go to the Thomas Frost.

Same as me Grouch. My mate who I go with gets himself a half time pastie from sayers and takes it in in his pocket. Can't really see the problem myself.

Are you walking round with your eyes closed? It's not necessarily about food, open your eyes,it's other things, football fans get treated atrociously whether its by our own club, another club, the police, etc. look at the facilities they provide us with, we pay our prices like everybody else, not as much as the corporate areas but other things. The West Ham fan I mentioned earlier told me a story from
Earlier in the day when he arrived at Everton's ticket office to pick up his tickets. It was 12:30pm and the conversation went like this.

Fan: hello I'm here to pick up tickets west ham supporter.
Ticket Office: Sorry, they haven't arrived just yet they should be here in 10 minutes.
Fan: Ok, no problem
*ten minutes pass*
Fan: Have they arrived yet?
TO: No not yet, we are still waiting
*20 minutes pass*
Fan: Look love, where are the tickets? We've been waiting half an hour.
TO: Someone's gone to pick them up they should be here in a minute
Fan: You said that half hour ago, what's going on? Where has she gone to get them? Manchester?
TO: She won't be long, you've got an hour and a half before the game starts, why don't you go for a walk round the stadium?
Fan: look, don't insult me, that isn't fair, I'm supposed to be in the arkles with the other fans, I don't wanna be spending my day waiting around here. The way us fans are treated is despicable. It really is.

He is right. Nobody cares about us. We deserve more respect.

Me: Have our tickets arrived love?
TO: No they haven't arrived yet.
me:OK, I'm going for a few pints I'll come back 15 mins before KO. Will they be here?
TO: Yes

Although how an opposition fan was buying tickets from our ticket office is beyond me???

That hardly proves we're cattle. Just someone making a big deal out of a little situation. Our club does more than most in some regards. People were getting hand delivered season tickets off our best players not so long ago.
