The club has a bunch of sport science and analyst people. Half of them are probably at John Moore's doing it for experience.

This lad will just be reading data from a piece of software.

Some of the fume in here is unreal - It's a backroom data analysis job!

If we were signing non-league for the first team and nothing else then maybe there's cause to worry but this really isn't the same thing. The owner of FGR has been chucking serious money at the club to get them into the league and their setup behind the scenes is way ahead of most of their league and quite a few clubs leagues above them.
