Was there last night. Our fans were absolutely superb. San throughout most of the game. Clapped the team off at the end. Altho not a peep of song or noise from the Man U fans.

So you are not bothered what any of us on here think - but you still post it on a public forum - for what purpose then ??

So besides for your one manc mate, absolutely nothing else has been said about this anywhere on social media, normal media, by the police, on the manc boards on their forums or by any blue who was at the game or watching the game. Not one photograph, sound recording of it, did you not consider this before taking the words of your mate about it.

I'd suggest your mate is wrong

Can't believe this at all. Don't Everton supporters lay on a spread at The Brick for their Man U supporting chums, (complete with You Scouse Bastards banner)?

morning gents

Heard from my work mate this morning (Utd fan at game last night)that some of our away fans where extremely disgusting disrespectful last night in regards to the Utd lot.

I know we all like a bit of banter but to make remarks/ gestures about the Munich air disaster is totally shocking and not Everton like!!!
And all that where there should
Hang your head in shame.

On top of that a number of others thought it would nice to spit at fans

Utter disgrace.

I NEED ATTENTION

It would be deluded and hypocritical to pretend that are fans our always impeccable at every away. I have heard disgusting comments and chants at the Manchester clubs in past visits related to both the Munich Air Disaster and Harold Shipman.

However, I was there last night and thought our fans were excellent right from the start. Never heard any Munich or Shipman comments or chants the whole game so I would argue that this has been made up. There were certainly no audible Munich chants coming from our end.

Let's just say this is true and a few blues misbehaved?

Does that reflect on everybody? what about the ones who behaved impeccably and the police acknowledged their good behaviour, anything to say about those?

What if the ones who did misbehave did so as they were sick of being called "scouse bastards and bin dippers" which is a common insult hurled by Mancs.

What a ridiculous post you have made.

I don't believe what the OP has said, but there will never be any excuse for singing about the deaths of a football team in response to those chants you have mentioned. We have our own retorts that don't involve death and there should always be a line that shouldn't be crossed in my opinion.

Obviously they are in no position to talk themselves when a minority of their own fans disrespect the Hillsborough disaster and have had visible banners mocking the death of Leeds fans in Istanbul when they've played at Elland Road before.
