Everton Board Thread 2017/18

Too many cooks is the problem. Moshiri and Kenwright wrestling for control of the club, just as Koeman and Walsh were at loggerheads over player recruitment in the summer. No animal can live with two heads.

What has sacking Koeman actually achieved, we're even worse now. You can't get a decent manager mid season, they clearly had noone lined up or any idea who to sign.

The board have shown themselves as being completely incompetent. There should be an emergency meeting tomorrow, some should take responsibility for the decisions they have made and they should resign. The ones that are left should be handing out P45s and should be drawing up a plan to change things around.
There are people currently at our club who should be ashamed of themselves for what they have done to a great team.

People need to stop lumping all the blame at Bill's door and giving Moshiri a free pass.

The whole "management" team, and i use that word lightly, should be under serious scrutiny for the complete lack of vision, strategy, leadership and communication that have brought us to this point tonight.

The managerial "search" isn't the first time they've embarrassed the club with utter indecision. It seems that every single process takes 10x longer than it should do.

Its time for someone in that boardroom to get a grip and sort this absolute mess out. I dont care who it is.

No we aren't. We are out of the relegation zone, temporarily maybe, but at least have shown some life in the league where we had shown no sign of any.

Kenwright? I've wanted to see the back of this clown masquerading as our 'Chairman' since 2004. He's utterly useless.

The over-emotional sentimentality that's been around ever since he's had major influence has certainly infected many sections of our fanbase.

Like we bring back a past-it Rooney people think it's great 'because he's a Blue'. BK gets stick and his deluded supporters back him reminding you 'he's a Blue'. Koeman get sacked and some think it's great having the out of his depth Unsworth in charge 'because he's Blue'.

We've become so smalltime we get fans holding up this EITC stuff as somekind of major achievement. I don't care about EITC. Is it going to help us become successful were it counts? No.

This is the club which resigned Jose fecking Baxter, a player deemed not good enough years ago, who slagged us off on twitter when he was released, has been done regarding drugs more than once and to put a top hat on it, while at Oldham he admitted he never stopped being a Liverpool fan when he was an Everton player.

And these are only a few aspects.

This over sentimentality of the the club really sickens me and it certainly won't change until that circus act is finally removed.

So you will expect the new manager to get rid of Unsworth,Ebbrell,Duncan,Joe Royle,FRancis Jeffers, etc.? Good luck with that one.

It will take time to remove the old regime but you have to start at the top then things should speed up.
