If Hibbert was at match fitness I'd have him right back all day. But... meh, Coleman will have to do.

Johnson is pure garbage so no need to fret.

He's garbage defensively but will we have anyone who can expose that? Not sure Coleman will be able to. But he certainly does pose a question going forward. And if we've got no real threat down that right side then he'll just be able to do it all game. This is why I'd prefer Coleman to play RB and Naismith RM. But even then I'm wary that if they double load that side Coleman might get exposed positionally. **** it... Bainesy is going to plant a couple on Jelavic/Fellaini's head. That's my prediction.

There's no chance of any other.

I'm not being critical really - if Gibson is out then what can Moyes do? He could drop Fellaini deep I suppose but I really doubt he will.

I still think he'll drop Fellaini deep and send Osman out wide. He's a reactive enough manager that he'll do something to stop gerrard getting too much space.

I think Moyes has to see we can't be weak in midfield against this lot. Realistically, hoping for this;

Fellaini Neville
Naismith Osman Mirallas

I think that will be there line up - Suso and Shelvey might swap round but if I were Rodgers I'd have Sterling running at Coleman on the right.

The only area of the pitch which is a doubt in terms of selection is Nuri Sahin, Shelvey or Henderson for the deeper role. If he plays Shelvey, then Gerrard plays deeper which I don't think he'll do. And Henderson is badly Henderson, so I think he'll opt for Sahin.

We could - should - batter these today.

Its late, so Im going to get it off my chest.. Im glad Kenny Dalglish isnt in their dugout, and Im glad Andy Carroll is playing for West Ham !!.. I feel better for that.

Neville at right back, Coleman right mid and Osman and Fellaini in midfield. Mirallas on the left, Naismith behind Jelavic.

Makes MUCH more sense having Neville/Naismith/Fellaini in their best positions.
