The best combo of the 'leaked' starting 11 is Neville at RB with Coleman RM. Fellaini-Osman in CM and Naismith off Jelavic. Much better than Neville in CM. Midfield battle is key tomorrow and we need Fellaini in there to win it. Only one who can, Neville and Osman cant.

I agree that Fellaini needs to be played a bit further back tommorow, also I think that Mirallas and Baines will rip Liverpool to shreds on the left hand side.
But I don't want to see 4-2-3-1, if I'm not mistaken Neville has struggled in the position previously.
