I’m not sure what the prize money difference is these days between league places, but I imagine 16th/17th is a good few million less than 13th.

I don’t care how safe we are, we defo had something to play for.

I look forward to a revitalised squad but I’m not convinced we have the guy to take them much further forward.

£2.8m per place last season. £3.1m per place the season before.

Finishing 17th compared to 13th is circa 11/12m difference.
