first half mate ye. second half no and a ref who did it
the gods and the ref against us
referee up there ass them up refs asses
OK. All from this season. Couldn't find one in the West Ham thread, tbf. Every other match, though.refs have all been paid
He's an absolute baller. Very rare for an English midfielder to have his ability to dictate the pace of a game. If I was United I would be all over him.A player in the mould of Wharton is exactly what our midfield is missing, someone with a good range of passing but who also puts himself about a bit. If I was a Palace fan I would be worried about holding on to him.
I thought it was a soft one (but still a pen) from the upper SE corner but watching the TV replay from a different angle, its a nailed on penalty.I didn’t even think it was soft at all tbh, was as stonewall penalty as you get.
How refreshing it was to have someone like Charly to come of the bench and drag the team back into the game.First half was difficult and we saw how good Palace can be with the ball. Quick and direct. As soon as Alacraz won the ball seconds into the second half, it changed the game. He had some fight in him today and what a performance. Beto had a few moments of getting stuck in too and he put in a better performance than recently
Wharton is a pain in the *ss which I mean as highest praise.A player in the mould of Wharton is exactly what our midfield is missing, someone with a good range of passing but who also puts himself about a bit. If I was a Palace fan I would be worried about holding on to him.
I thought the ref was largely kind to us today, or rather not horrific againstEvery football club has a cadre of fans that thinks the ref of any given game is biased against them. Every single match thread on this forum has multiple posts from multiple posters claiming that we have been hard done by with the decisions of the officials. Win, lose or draw.
Great win with the break coming, hopefully Branthwaite and Rohl back after. Onwards!
And till he went off, Michael KeaneGarner, Iroegbunam and Alcaraz; fantastic performances
Left back too… Myko is nowhere near it.Need consistency from Tim to make this work. Garner is probably the best RB at the club (which is horrendous in and of itself), but what we lose in midfield when he’s not there is very noticeable.
We’re banking on any one of; KDH moving deeper, Rohl staying fit or Tim keeping the level he showed today.
RB in Jan has to be on the cards regardless
Wharton is a pain in the *ss which I mean as highest praise.
There are loads of us who watched us in the old Div 3 and survive two Administrations. We can all get a bit carried away from time to time but generally, we know who we are.I spoke to a few palace fans leaving the ground and they said to me they’ve been put back down to earth, I said mate you haven’t your a good side with a good manager you’ve played two games In four days
And if you got the second could have of been different. He said when we scored
He knew we’d turn it around.
I said carry on beating Liverpool
And good luck for the rest of the Season
Very humble fans @Alan Whittle
mark my words they will end below us at end of seasonYou’d have kept the lead and added to it if you weren’t running out of gas after your midweek trip to Poland. Having Hughes would have helped too.
Love what Palace have done. Something for us to aspire to.
