Battered embarrassingly first half, second half yeah they tired, but not straight after the HT whistle they didn't.

Game changed as soon as we had someone breaking the lines and someone willing to carry it forwards in the middle.

Alcaraz not afraid of going at people centrally, was actually within ten yards of the striker and Tim was bombing past several times drawing players out of position.

All that meant we could as the second half went on play at a quicker more direct tempo - and Grealish absolutely thrives in that.

Question is though - it's not Moyes style of play and will he simply revert to type rather than see what's blindingly obvious - we do not suit the slow methodical build up and the crowd hates it.

Tosh. Moyes learns from moments like this.

Alcaraz for me. Changed the game for us but a mention for Mr Versatile James Garner

He's so . much more comfortable at right back than O'Brien

We looked much better as soon as Alcaraz came on. Tim did very well too. I also think we looked much better with Garner at RB.

Subs helped us be more direct and intense 2nd half, and plenty of bodies in box helped force the goal.

I’d say they dominated until we scored and truth be told if Matate never turned into DCL it would have been over at half time

We're were playing much better second half. Keane going off (no reflection on Keane) was the point that we started dominating.

Alcaraz made the difference coming on but Pickford kept the score respectable first half.
