Pushing Alcaraz out wide to shoehorn Doucoure into the squad is infuriating.

If Alcaraz doesn’t shift to a central role with Doucoure moving to the bench when we bring on a winger in this second half we will likely lose.

The insistence on playing doucoure in a number 10 role, when it clearly does not work due to no passing ability, is beyond annoying at this point. That’s just not the role he excels in. He can’t create. Most of the time, moves crumble at his feet. He’s an enforcer and a pest, not a creative and poor technically. No blame on the player, the manager picks him there at the end of the day
