8 is clearly much better than 5 but not even close to 12 either

Yes, we didn't ever get close to a 12 game unbeaten run under Dyche

The run picked up in Autumn after a horrendous start, and we became harder to beat and that was good. The issue with Dyche was that we didn't win anywhere near enough rather than losing too much. He was sacked because we won 3 games in exactly half a season. Moyes has already improved on that.
