Sunderland lads all picked a spot, did a normal run up and smashed each pen with power.

Our lads all tried stupid stuttered runs, and Barry's hop, and then tamely hit aimless, soft penalties. Obviously it never occured to us to practice penalties at any stage during the week.

I really hate it when a player doesn't make a proper run to their kick with a penalty. Barry and Beto both with a two-step spotkick, both embarrisingly bad shots, both saved. As much as I dislike Moyes his game-management the last matches, I would be fuming if I was him.
