lol it's quite interesting that all the evertonians want to drop cahill but as per RAWK they seem to be quite concerned about him.

Form is temporary, Cahill has been a thorn in our side these past few seasons, if there is one Everton player who I am worried about, who is capable of popping up and scoring against us then it's this little fecker.

I wouldn't be surprised if Moyes starts him on Sunday.

Like every other game.

I would wish you good luck, but you know...

Reckon a certain Mr. Heitinga will love this game:lol:

i'm gonna throw a tenner on johnny heitinga scoring the winner, this is his game. i'm not scared of any of their team at the moment, not even gerrard. torres won't be fully fit and fellaini is gonna give reina nightmares if we can push billy and stevie p down the wings.

Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini has set his sights on helping secure the derby victory he believes Everton's fans richly deserve.
Despite being an outsider looking in on the spectacle before he joined the Club last September, Everton's record-signing is well aware of the importance surrounding the clash and the need for fans to secure bragging rights within the city.
With that in mind, the Belgian international, who returns from suspension for Sunday's 212th Merseyside derby, feels it is a match Everton must take three points from.
"All the players know it affects the fans a lot,” said Fellaini. “If we lose they go into work on Monday and they are not happy. They have to put up with the taunts and the jokes.
"We simply have to win. If we lose I would hear the other fans celebrating and I don't want to have to shut my window. I want to win, although i have this guy who follows me who is a blue, no doubt he will turn up. I took a pic of him with my phone, the guys think it may be some guy called Bo Selecta."

Hasn't anybody else noticed how ineffective and slow to react the Distin/Yobo combination has been through this bad patch?

Should Heitinger be a consideration for defence, not midfield?

I recon we can win aslong as we drop cahill.

right the reason we tied them in the league and beat them in the fa cup last season, the player he broke dixie's record for scoring against them, he should absolutely be on the bench...

plus his position has been unclear all season, he's either been co-occupying pretty much the same role as fellaini or playing out of position. why pick on one of our players with the most heart when there are so many underperformers in the current squad?

Think the big issue in this game is, can we start at a high tempo and get in their faces early which in turn would get our support up for it from the start, moysey has to be drumming this into them, maybe a word in johnnys ear to clatter stevie me from the kick off would do it. Make no mistake about it these shower of ****s are as low on confidence as we are, dont let a 1-0 win against some hungarian pub side fool ye, we have to put them on the back foot and not let them settle into a rythym
