I have to stop myself from loving Pienaar as he's clearly off in the summer.

But that's the thing we should stop. Everton made him rise to being a quality player again and if we can't keep hold, what's the point?

Money isn't evil if you can keep your top players.

Pienaar's too good to not love, and he has the workrate to go with it.

Fantastic player, give him what he wants and I'm sure he'll sign. Oh, and show a bit of ambition once and a while.

where to start on this one. well done boys played them of the park for 85 mins. their fans were atrocious. heitinga is my hero. fellaini had a belter. were the **** would we be without pienaar, he chased everything and the others soon followed his lead. i stayed til the very last player walked off that pitch today. I LOVE YOU EVERTON. do not rise to the bait in work tomorrow lads, we know they were sh!te, again.

Watched the game mate and as a United fan thats a spot on analysis

You will go on a run and be fine ( Especially when you get some of your players back)

pienaar was class today by the way (y)

well said, theyve got that gypsy luck weve never had no never will, jonny h was immence agreed

I can honestly say I have never seen a team dominate as much as us and still lose. We were f.ucking brilliant today- if we had a centre forward up front and not some streak of p1ss we would have won.

I really hope we show the same passion and commitment in our upcoming games- if we do we will easily finish in the top half.

Players of note:

Fellaini- Quality!
Jonny- Brilliant!

Yobo- Awful.

I agree with this.

I think Yobo has been over criticised today. Ultimately, the deflection was unlucky and he made one other mistake which lead to the goal. Apart from that, the back line were solid.

Can't remember the last time I saw a team get totally outclassed in all areas across the park and still win 2-0.

Face it boys, when you're in a bad run of form, these sort of results are typical.

Don't know what it's gonna take but I agree with Micknick in that if we play like that for the rest of the season, top half won't be a problem.

That was easily one of our best performances if not the BEST performance of the season. Very unlucky in front of goal but you will get punished if you don't take your chances in this league and we were.

Correct.

But leave it to those few numpty Evertonians that have to have a scapegoat.

Hibbert should feel so lucky today. (n)

And if anyone was really awful today it was Jo. I thought he did okay first 15, but from then on he was just absolute gash. His touch is horrendous.
