Probably the most obvious score ever. Actually thought they'd get 2 or 3 on the break. We weren't ever scoring tonight. We are where we are with the squad we have. Can't complain about the season it's a gradual improvement. Let's hope we have a decent summer of recruitment. Barry will be a very good player he just isn't ready to be thrown in the deep end.

Being honest i can't take much more of this beyond the next few months, it's tiresome seeing another manager too set in his ways to understand modern football is a different entity now, this feels like the days of Allardyce where we'd grind the points to 8th and all be miserable after seeing 1 shot on target in about 5 games.

Tarky's legs have been gone all season, he won't drop him, Keane shouldn't be playing if Branthwaite is fit, he'll move Branthwaite and drop Myko.

We've been considerably better with Patterson in the team recently, won't play him, Coleman is back fit, won't throw him on for 15 and get Garner in midfield.

Hired a jobs for the boys set piece coach who was usless and got fired, so took control himself with his staff and it's still useless and won't hire someone qualified.

Armstrong is a good young lad that should be getting game time centrally, will keep putting him out wide with no overlapping full back or runners. Would have been better off at Preston.

40 million lad on the bench is now about 6th choice and can't even sniff a minute when trailling in games with 3 subs unused.

He is too rigid, stubborn, it's not an arguement it's better than Dyche but if that away form falls off a cliff he'll be lucky to see May.
Post of the day

Yeah but we absolutely robbed Brighton and Fulham so it's swings and roundabouts.

Moyes deserves credit when we play well (which is sadly rare) but blame when we don't because he's the one that picks the team and tactics. He's the one that told them to do the exact same thing on every corner which whilst quite amusing to watch, didn't produce a shot on goal.

He's the one that's picking Gana consistently when he's really dropped off a cliff, and he's the one picking a central midfielder out wide in a team that already has no attacking full backs.

He's been great for us over the years but it's time for him to move on in the summer.
Tonight is preferable

I'd rather us play like this at home as well, we're to open.
Sit back, if the opposition doesn't come at us fine, accept the point and move on

Me too mate, we don’t have the players to break most PL teams down yet, without drawing them out.

We have some of the bigger teams coming to BMD which I assume may mean we may look to absorb and counter in the coming weeks.

Yup. He has favorites who he refuses to evaluate their performance and drop, even for a week.

It's obvious what Moyes was trying to do.
Armstrong on the left and Branthwaite. The idea was a high press and a containment game. Which worked to a degree.
The problem is that Utd are no great shakes either and were given far too much respect.
Should have played George from the start and tried to take the game to them.
Too many average performances from our better players and too many misplaced passes, to get anything out of the game. Dont get me started on the set pieces.
We need to sign real quality, in the final third to progress, in the next transfer window.

I hope we all enjoyed the thought that we might see European football at The Hill Dickinson next year. It was as fleeting as it was unlikely but it was nice. We are four players short of a team that could get into a European place, all now depends on the summer window, would have looked more healthy if we could have offered new players European football. Hopefully we don’t fall off too far now that we become unattractive to new players, I don’t think we will.
4 players... and a manager who will play em...in their positions...and have more than one gameplan...and understand the importance of setpieces...and substitions...

Play Patterson because removing Garner from the middle just makes us weaker. Armstrong is not a winger so stop playing him there, he was gassed after 60minz because he’s not used to running up and down the line. KDH is better deeper and swerve Gana. Kobe Ndiaye into the 10 with Dibling and George down the flanks. If he doesn’t line up to be on the front foot against Burnley I think he’s signed his own marching orders in the summer.

They were garbage as well by the way. Don’t even wanna talk about that ref as well.

BED!!!

I agree, defence is steady, midfield can be tweaked and the forward can get better but we actually need better until Barry improves. We are not far off but not actually that close at the moment. Still better than the relegation battle and things looking markedly better
