That is the problem and always has been with the mindset of our manager against the "big boys",he is quite satisfied with a 2-0 away defeat to Chelsea and a 1-0 home defeat tonight,we are comfortable in the table but we will never really threaten the top teams with him in charge I'm afraid.

The problem is the boys have better players and better squads. What on earth gives you the impression that we should threaten them?

He needs lots more game time. Hard to expect him to come off the bench and turn Arsenal inside out when he’s had about 5 mins game time.

Yep, another manager would come in and have us beating the top 6 on a regular basis.

I am giving it to Garner because he was making himself available for the ball at all times. He is starting to become our dictator and has improved ten fold. A very close second was Tim......he excites me and the more game time he gets the better he will become, just needs to work on his concetration levels but his skill levels are top notch

A non-league team would have shown more fight and skill in some of our games against Moyes’ “BIG BOYS”.

Arsenal never got out 1st gear there, they were nothing special but they never needed to be.. we never looked like scoring IMO, almost to be expected without KDH and Ndiaye.

Yes Dibling needs a long run in the team. He gave it to Barry. I would change formation drop Barry its not working.

I would not drop him, introduce players who might give him a chance.
