Whenever we win the ball on a counter, the immediate thought of every single player in the team is to pass it backwards immediately and we usually end up going to Pickford to kick it long. I’ve never seen a professional team so utterly averse to turning on the ball and running towards goal when the opposition give us the ball high up the pitch.

The attitude stinks to be honest. What’s the point in then turning up to play? They all pick up the wage regardless.

People point out the groans from the fans but what do they expect? What gets served on the pitch is abject a lot of the time.

Dibling had 1 interception & one cross where no one was. More than McNeil did. Not sure what else he could have done really?

He also did a really nice flick (Dibling) Dibling simply needs more time and should have been on as soon as it was 0-1.

Grealish relies on the players around, a different LB maybe game changing with Grealish heading to his older Pirlo stage.

Yeah we need full backs who can overlap and keep the game moving. Instead we have two inert lumps occupying those positions.

He needs lots more game time. Hard to expect him to come off the bench and turn Arsenal inside out when he’s had about 5 mins game time.

This team had a great opportunity to do something this season in the league, but they’ve thrown it away so far with no shows v Leeds, Spurs, Newcastle, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal. I can take losing to City where we just got outclassed after giving it a go but in the other games we just didnt even turn up.
