That, my Greek friend, is a clique, and it's nice to see they've put their differences apart and welcomed @-wizard- into their bosom.

More importantly though, the lurkers have spoken and, as always, they have shown that they have more common sense than mere wordy posters.

When I read some of the distinguished names on that list, why does "a clack" seem more appropriate?

looking at west broms fixtures they have to play 5 teams above us were as we have only 4 although the other one they have is city and the way there playing that means nothing lol

Hopefully we go to the pit and actually show up for once. I also think we need the 3 points at home to WBA. lose or draw that and it'll be a nervy end to the season If they keep picking up wins.

Koeman wants the Europa League. He said this week that we'd talked to top level players about our project and they wanted to wait and see if we got into Europe....or did I dream that? Anyhow, Europa is the next logical step. Successful clubs play more games....that's the bottom line.

I'm hopeful that having Europa league will give us the chance to sign a proper backup to Romelu who is comfortable starting Europa games and subbing in during the prem. A proper backup who can score 10-15 goals a season. We need some more goals in the team.

No way . A 10/15 a year goal scorer starts alongside Rom.

I'd be fine if we had a system where they play alongside each other. Or play just Lukaku depending on the game with an able striker ready to come on after 50-60minutes. Right now, we have limited attacking options to change a game.

Yeah , great teams are put together like a jigsaw .....Man U for all their spending seem to rely on Zlatan and yet they have a World class bench and a World class manager and they're still only 6th .

Right now United's best chance of CL is to win Europa. Imagine if we are in the same position next year it would be really exciting plus you get a trophy and it's been so long since we've lifted one of them qualification for Europe is a no brainer for me. Also it gives us a competive game at start of season so players will hit the ground running hopefully.

West Brom, Burnley, Hull, Watford and possibly Leicester (Lets see how they do with a new manager), are all winnable games at home. We've got trickier away games to be fair, Spurs, United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Swansea and West Ham are actually a tough set.

What do we reckon... 20 points from the last 12 to stand a chance?

I think it kind of depends on what West Brom do, I would like to think we are too far ahead of West Ham, but we will see, hopefully we stuff them when we play them, but effectively we need to do as good or better than them.

Personally I hope Liverpool don't win again between now and the end of the season and we go above them in about 3 games time... a man can dream can't he?!
