Europa League Qualification Poll

If seventh gets us into the Europa League, how would you feel ?

Yeh every weekend I watch the scores go in and they're alwayssss pissing. Found myself supporting West Ham against them a few weeks back.

Makes no difference to us really.

If we finish 6th and United 7th, and United win Europa, we qualify for group, as we normally would.
If we finish 7th and United with Europa, the next highest ranked nation without a team qualifying for Group Stage automatically would get a place in United place, and we'd still start in the 3rd Qualifying round...

So no difference.

I know if the CL or EL winners only qualify domestically for EL then they take CL & the EL spot goes to another nation (5 & 2)

Or if both CL & EL winners outside of CL, then 4th is only EL (5 & 2)

But what if CL/EL winner finishes outside of EL qualification completely? Wouldn't that be the only case of 5 & 3? (Not that it is likely this season)

As far as I am aware, under no circumstances would England get 8 places in Europe, regardless of any of the scenarios that can happen. It is a maximum of 7, and the only thing that can change is the allocation of Europa League and Champions League places being 3-4, or 2-5.

So if United won the Europa League, but finished 8th. United would get a CL place. I think 7th place would then lose the Europa Spot. Assuming one of the top 4 won the FA Cup, then the top 4 would get in the CL, United would get in the CL, and then 5th and 6th would get the 2 Europa League Spots. If Boro/Lincoln or Millwall won the FA Cup, then they'd take the 2nd Europa League Spot, and 6th would miss out.
