I aint no hater bro, if she wanted it, she would only have to ask, I wouldnt make her beg.

Jenny was a looker in her day, still not too bad now like....but I couldn't mount it for one simple reason - I'd not be able to get the image of Bill's contorted, fat, sweaty grid, whilst he was pumping away at it - out of my head.

Think the two key things you're missing are that:

a] Investing in is not the same as owning
b] £170m is nothing nowadays, and certainly not enough to continually invest in a football club as owner

It was a flippant remark, I can obviously see the points you make.

Just done mine, good luck!

Give money to the board to take the credit? That is effectively what Kenwright wants, no chance. Id buy a seat near him
to hurl abuse at him all game.

Exactly as what people have said, £150million isnot enough to make a long term effect on a club like Everton, but it would buy me a league 2 club to have as a toy!! So I would buy my local team 'Chesterfield' and become a local hero aiming to achieve 1 season in the premier league in the next 10 years!!

Of course it is. Hell 20% of that would have had us in King's Dock. Even half of that, 75m, over the last ten years would have cleared our debt and got us a new stadium. Those two combine for an extra 10-20m a year easy which seems likely a fairly good long term effect to me. Yeah it's not City money but it would give us a better chance of CL and/or trophy for sure.

Sometimes it seems people under the impression we dislike the board because they aren't multi-billionaires. While that would be nice, the amounts of money they have failed to provide to EFC over the last decade plus aren't (relatively speaking) that large.

King's Dock would have been fantastic for us and it fell apart because we couldn't get together 85% of Andy Carroll's cost to the RS.
