If you care to look again, we both posted the same thing, at the same time. I haven't linked it to you specifically though, although I do agree, that you personally, as well as everyone else, should be wary of the parallels with National Socialism, that one should be wary of an unquestioned government riding roughshod over established reasoned law. Take it or leave it mate.

Mine was intended to be a light hearted comment. This thread is only fit for parody to be honest.

That's the way I accepted it Bruce as we have had report before on debates posting posters IMO is not debate, and I have the intelligence not to be offended by it or rise to such bait @orchard thought it was an opportunity to rile me sorry I have more intelligence than that , and the EU debate should carry on without getting over personal in debate only not posters of yesteryear!

Therefore, don't get personal and wrongly accuse people of attempting to 'rile' you.

Haven't bothered telling the Irish how we plan to quit freedom of movement and enforce a border yet...

The evidence suggests that there is no plan.

The Republic of Ireland does not have an agreement with the government on how to control travel to the UK from Irish ports and airports, the taoiseach (Irish Prime Minister) has said.

Enda Kenny was responding to a question in the Dáil (Irish Parliament) from the Sinn Féin leader, Gerry Adams.

Mr Adams has raised the issue a number of times in the House.

The taoiseach said: "We don't have an agreement because we don't know what the British are looking for."

He was speaking as Jeremy Corbyn accused Theresa May of presiding over a "shambolic Tory Brexit", saying the government had no plan for the UK's EU departure.

If May negotiates a good deal I will be voting Tory next election, as thank goodness Corbyn is not PM as quote he would have signed article 50 the next day after Brexit.
I could never vote for Labour with him as leader anyway, I am a democrat and I go with the vote of the people which was out!

So you're a tory now then, not a socialist?

‘Brexit will NOT disrupt UK trade’ World Trade Organisation boss plays down fears

THE chief of the World Trade Organisation (WTO), Roberto Azevedo, has said that trade between UK and EU member states will continue during Britain’s ‘smooth’ divorce with the European Union.

The WTO chief has vowed to give the UK a hand for a smooth transition

Mr Azevedo has said that the Brexit vote was not “anti-trade” and gave reassuring words that the UK’s transition out of the EU would be “fast and smooth”.

The WTO leader said: “I will be working hard - I will work very intensely to ensure that this transition is fast and is smooth.

“The less turbulence the better. The global economy today is not in the best shape for us to be introducing turbulence.”

He also confirmed that we have to renegotiate our terms of membership.

Not like you to only post half the quotes or article Pete :coffee:

I only posted the new info, the bit you home in on was already known, both the UK and the EU will have to do so because of the change in quotas. The main thing is that people are already working towards a smooth transition and the WTO are aiding the UK to ensure that trade between the UK and EU will continue, either through a hard or soft Brexit. We will not fall off a cliff.......

Might be a good idea if people remained focused on the issues rather than the individuals in this debate.
Yes good point we can all be keyboard warriors, but I have had two nasty post with posters of images which I did not rise to the bait on them I have a wee bit more intelligence than the two individuals who were WUMS
