Canadian minister stormed out of the EU totally frustrated what a great organisation one veto can stop a ten year deal!
I think it's called 'democracy'.

Scotland will never stay in the EU as Spain would veto it with the basque region always wanting independence Even the French are not interested in Scotland starting separate talks- you assume the red headed one will win a 2nd indepedant vote too the polls show the further behind now than the last defeat - they rely too much on the generous Barnett formula that gives the more cash the Wales and Northern Ireland combined!
If 5 million Scottish people can survive indepedly when the export 65 percent of their goods to us in the U.K. It's laughable bluster from Sturgeon to please he fanatic 3000 conference talks the talk I doubt she will walk the walk the last vote on independence was all based on high oil prices whoops it's a good job they stayed with us as they would be bankrupt by now!
Not when they rely on the genotous Barnett formula grant ?Joey, it is not whether Scotland goes or not. It is about the so called 'strong hand the UK has' or the 'won't show the UK's poker hand'. Scotland and Northern Ireland are a thorn in the side of the May government's negotiating position.
Yes 26 vote for it and 1 says no great democracy the same when 52 percent voted out you mean?I think it's called 'democracy'.
WTO here we come, and if the EU cut their noses off to spite their faces I doubt it!As a bremoaner your on fantasy island the UK would. Need to trade with 35 countries to maintain 10% of existing trade within. The EU
It's worth the gamble as the EU is going to implode so why stay to bail them out???Oh I have total faith in the UK Joey, and I reckon we have the mindset and talent to make the whole thing work.
But on balance, I thought it was a pretty risky gamble given the political balance of power before the vote, and the fact that Esk can communicate far more concisely than me re the economic issues.
That, and in the build up to the vote, on my rounds it was a common conversation that I had with all sorts of folk. My own market research if you like. And, again, on balance, I found the strident Outers to be less agreeable people than the Stayers.
Not scientific, and in no way am I suggesting that Outers on here represent some of the folk I came across, but that did shape my vote as well.

The Polictical union will implode going back to a common trade union IMO after like you say the Euro will implode other countries want out!No Joey, the Euro, not the EU.
Since when has a free trade market imploded?

The whole rotten structure is going to come down sooner or later. No Joey, the Euro, not the EU.
Since when has a free trade market imploded?
It might. Like you, I doubt the common trade agreements will though.
You know, the ones we have just booted into the nettles.
If you are so sure that everything other than the trade agreements will blow up, why are you so keen to be out of what would appear to be an ace result?
Because there will be lots of collateral. Lots....
In no way is it good to be at the scene of an explosion.
That's funny because we have had to bail out Southern Ireland before today after the Eu dumped on them !If. We. Had. The. Euro.
We have booted a free trade agreement out. Whether we traded in Euros, £, or gerbils.
Stating the obvious pessimism will breed uncertainty by not accepting the vote inflation is way off the two percent the country needs !An interesting article about the falling pound, manufacturing, exports and imports.
