If you roll back a bit in time. Who opened up the EU borders ?, who wouldn’t give Cameron even the smallest ‘win’ just prior to the Brexit vote ?, who pushed through Nordstream 2 thereby giving Russia the opportunity to hold the EU by the nuts and bypass Ukraine and Poland ? who used to be in the East German Stasi ?, and even now which country would not allow the U.K. RAF to overfly their country nor issue export Licenses for arms from Lithuania to Ukraine ?…..
What has opening up EU borders got to do with Russia? If anything a more unified block is the last thing they want.
Cameron couldn't get even the slightest win?? He had a deal negotiated with the European council which his party vetoed.
Nordstream 2 started in 2011 when the UK had a big say in EU dealings with Russia.
You could say Russia has the EU by the balls but it's a two way street giving the EU sanction power.
I don't know who used to be in the Stasi. I'm not sure it was Merkel. You couldn't be an East German citizen and avoid the stasi tho.
Not sure what it has to do with Putin and Brexit.
I've no idea about RAF fly over regs
but you are doing a lot of digging to avoid the truth that Putin paid for and facilitated Brexit for his own ends.

Anyway, perhaps we can all come together to congratulate the new President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. Be careful with how you Google search for more information!

Mad innit?

Even our small corner of the internet was visited by Russian (most likely) Bots in this thread in the build up to the vote. Heaven only knows what deluged onto Twitter etc etc.

But they are clever, and sophisticated. We were only made aware of them, (as in, we thought the posts were wums mainly) by a poster who actually works tracking and breaking them for some security company.

Wow, really? Any examples of their postings?

It's going so well.
When supporters cheer Johnson for "delivering Brexit" with seemingly no care in the world for the delivery of the benefits they were promised from Brexit he'll continue to get away with it. Brexit should be the "means" to achieve a specific "end", but rather than actually focusing on the ends (ie the supposed benefits), people instead focus on the means, which suggests to me that people are either fecking stupid, or they just wanted out of Europe and couldn't give a crap about the consequences.
