Yes I do say so.
You can’t consider whether brexit has been a success unless you determine how you would have done had it not happened.

if you sold a share and put it into cash and earned 0.5%, would you determine that a success?

what if the same share that you sold returned 5% over the period you held cash? Still a success?
And that you are entitled to say. I won't be little,. Try to prove how cleverer I am than you,. Won't call you a fascist
And you can't call brexit a failure after 10 days

Where have I said Brexit is a failure?

I’m not sure what point you are making with regard to the rest?

Im trying to understand your decision making process and the validity of the information you are using to assess the various outcomes since you don’t trust estimates (even the facts would be estimates by the way).

My point has been that I’ll put more weight behind the opinion of experts and whilst they may not be right 100% of the time, I know they’ll be more accurate that I am so ill listen.

I’m just trying to understand your thinking, hence my line of questioning.

Here is a table from December 24th 2020 showing that we are growing at a rate faster than Germany, Japan, Italy and level with France.

Here's the article you've taken that from.

@BlueDraka used Google for that mate. Hope yr proud of me.

Asylum from what Bruce, the French, the Italians, the Germans or the Dutch. You would have me believe that the EU is heaven on earth with all its beauty and opportunities. So what is it that they seek asylum from ?.....
I feel like I've answered this question many times before, but once more unto the breach...

Firstly, the French receive around 5x the asylum claims we in the UK receive, and it's already been explained how Germany has done far more than its share, so leave off on the anti-Euro tub thumping.

Secondly, as with any migration, refugees have a desired location for any number of reasons, whether that's the language, the presence of family members, or wider diaspora. There may be better job prospects, or in Tommy Robinson's case, the weather. For those same reasons, it's very common for refugees to move within a country from the place they've been assigned. It's hard to see why this is surprising tbh.

My second point was aimed at the way some remainers treat leavers on here. Not at you so sorry.
My way of thinking
I voted to remain but I'm in the let's get on with it now.
We may be worse off. There will be changes that we will get used to. I personally don't think it will be as bad as some people say it will be. But 5-10 years we should know
I'm a bit more cautious of experts than you are.

Are we talking about refugees fleeing war, abuse etc or economic migrants seeking a better life? Not having a go because if I was in a dire economic situation I would be seeking to get to a better place.
