I did, and it's not really the same as we're a third country now. Within the EU the Dutch website would be registered in the Netherlands and therefore pay VAT on their sales in the Netherlands and the Netherlands alone. For UK sellers it's equally complicated.

I'll go out on a limb and suggest they're not selling many products to Malaysia or Mexico.
