Talk about? Moan about everything.
Plenty was talked about early in these threads. Plenty of sensible conversation, detailed analysis and concern was shared and it was all either dismissed as project Fear, laughed away because people couldn't answer or meet with complete nonesense in response.

Im still to see the benefit of what we have done, despite claims that it would be a roaring success.

We won't know if there are any benefits for years to come. Anything else is guesswork. It may turn out fine, it may turn out to be a disaster. Me personally I hope its a great success.

Why should we wait?

When talking about the difficulties unless they immediately happened they could be dismissed as scare mongering...

Yet, we were promised so much from Brexit, about what we could leverage from a deal as the card holder of the deal.

We've negotiated a position which objectively is worse than we had before regarding goods, services, freedoms but we've gained 'Sovereignty' and the ability to say 'look we got a deal, thank God. Time to move on'

Bullingdon as usual in full jingoistic mode proclaiming a great victory when the reality is very little will change , i voted to leave but i was not fanatical about it , it is absurd the division this has caused in our Country , mind you the amount if lies and disinformation on both sides on shows the present day state of affairs

You talk a lot of sense. But are we going to continue to argue about this or try and move on. It may be better it may be worse. Most people would prefer to move on.

Who knows yet. I do think our security services are excellent. Tbh I think other EU countries rely on them for information. So probably more of a loss for them

Loads of people know - us losing real time access to SISII is as guaranteed as its possible to be to result in bad outcomes. People who are currently automatically entered on to the system when they go missing will not now do so after Jan 1st, meaning that they won't be picked up at borders or when local cops come across them. Cars that get pinched in the continent won't now flag on our systems automatically.

You are confusing you not knowing with people who actually know what they are talking about not knowing.

Yes, let's not bother looking at this anymore?
Very true but we have left now
Yes we have... How has our security position changed for the better?

'let's move on' is starting to become the best thing anyone can say about this..

Apart from @peteblue who has gone full fanboy.

Let's not be too concerned with any of that. We couldn't talk about winners and losers before the deal, as we didn't know the outcome and 'shoyld wait and see'. But now we've got a deal, we shouldn't bother to look at any detail or impact.

All that matters now is that someone 'Won'.
We can't realistically expect to see all the glorious wins until about a decade anyway.
