117. On healthcare, where the UK or an EU Member State is responsible for
the healthcare of an individual, they will be entitled to reciprocal healthcare
cover. This includes certain categories of cross-border workers and state
pensioners who retire to the UK or to the EU.
118. In addition, the Protocol will ensure necessary healthcare provisions –
akin to those provided by the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
scheme – continue. This means individuals who are temporarily staying in
another country, for example a UK national who is in an EU Member State for
a holiday, will have their necessary healthcare needs met for the period of
their stay.

Health care when you are on holiday looks like its been taken care of.
Where is that taken from?

I voted remain but accepted the result. Got fed up with all the moaning. Hopeful we will power up and boost our economy.
But if it did mess it up we probably would be able to rejoin. But hopefully we will prosper

If we rejoin it will because leaving turns out to be a massive folly. And as a result, we are screwed.

But remember that healthcare for foreigners on holiday only covers emergency treatment and initial care. Longer term reqires repatriation. that's why you need insurance.

I could see a world where we rejoin. A lot will depend if the success we make of not being in. The pressure is on now.

I think we will be fine. We have essentially the same trade and customs deal with the EU. We are a pretty decent country. And we are, when chips are down, a stubborn Island nation.

My opposition to leaving was that so many were sold a false narrative. We have always had control of our laws, money, borders and whatever else Johnson trumpeted about regaining today.
