Your right that remainers can ask all the questions that they like and rightly

Yes, but when they ask questions, they are invariably called remainers, project fear etc. and I'm struggling to think of even once in this thread when the problems that we know are going to come about because of Brexit have been substantially addressed.

You don't believe all the doom and gloom because you have blind faith that this will work out. But a lot of people I know would like some actual explanations and some semblance of a plan before they place their faith in something, particularly when it is potentially stepping off a steep cliff. You're taking Bojo at his word that there's a big trampoline below, most of the people I see in here simply asking to see the trampoline first.

Firstly I don't have blind faith in anything except Everton.
And I would never take the word of the blond liar. Been a trade union member and Labour party member since I was 16. So take me apart for wanting Brexit done but don't tar me
with that party.
At the moment you me or anyone dosnt know what is going to happen. The things remainers say is going to happen we don't know yet
I personally think a last minute trade deal will be done. But it may not
We may be worse off at first but who knows we may make a success of it.
If not I'm pretty certain because they have already said so,. The EU will let us rejoin but probably on worse terms than before.

I‘m still looking for this steep cliff everyone mentions.....

Even french ministers said the new variant was in their country. As it is in Germany, Italy Denmark Netherlands. Because we are a world leader, yes remainers a world leader in Geno sequencing we discovered it and informed WHO. Other countries in the EU had it. But never informed WHO. We and others have had travel corridors but freight has continued. It smacks of hypocrisy for France to stop freight at Dover when as I say that they admitted the new variant was already there
The French will want to assess that information and resesrch from our world leading Geno, you only get such title by allowing other peers review your research. All I see is the French acting in the best interests of its citizens with the information they had.

It's being presented that a virus variant is some big thing it is not, it's happens all the time every day and in fact COVID has nothing on the Flu when it comes to variants.

And latest news on this particular variant it's transmitting easily because people are able to pass it on for a lot longer that realised currently... So there is no certainty that all is known about this variant at this time.

Again it comes down to wanting an easy black and white answer that is easily digestible and understood, unfortunately as with the rest of life as with EU and leaving it, nuance is a significant factor.

I agree with a lot you say

Exactly. But like I said the new variant was already in France. So why block freight traffic at Dover

Yes I know Pete, you seem almost super-humanly blind to the tsunami of issues that people have been talking about for the last 5 years. You wouldn't even need Bojo to tell you there was a trampoline, you'd dive off a cliff before they could get the "ru" out of "rule brittania"
