That's the absurdity of it, especially when you readily admit to be willing to give up sovereignty as part of WTO membership. Heck, the WTO even provide independent arbitration in the event of disputes, despite Brexiters wanting full control for British courts in all matters British. The WTO is also horribly out of date, with no meaningful changes made since 1995, so it's scarcely believable that any nation would voluntarily trade on those terms, but especially so one that likes to think of itself as cutting edge.

I don’t want British courts to be adjudicating on trade matters between ourselves and another country, nor do I want the EU court adjudicating on trade matters between the U.K. and the EU.

I agree that the WTO needs updating. While you believe in completely open borders for people, I happen to believe in completely open borders for trade. I would like to see FTA’s with everyone including the EU and not the protectionist racket that the EU has become......

I would like that too, but the only realistic way that would happen is via some kind of world government to agree global standards and rules. I don't get the impression that the Tory Brexit is heading us down that path.
 
Will the price of fish come down? I like smoked haddock but it's so expensive.

The fishermen all voted for Brexit so I don't suppose it will. Greedy feckers.
 
The brexit has been done but its irresponsible for nothing to be clear at this point. It all seems very mañana mañana. Johnson is not up to any sort of maturity. Its embarrassing to be so unprepared at this point.
