it maybe but I am estimating on cost of low paid EU worker or unemployed worker claiming benefits instantly - NI was set up over a long period to fund residents free NHS Doctors etc!

The EU migrants to this country make a positive net contribution to our economy.

No doubts of the working ones I agree, but that does not include in work benefits, but I feel the bargains chip used in the single market/ free movement arguments will be a work visa for every immigrant and a timescale before certain benefits can be claimed it will be bumpy hard etc but out will be out, and in years ahead we will benefit from trade all over the world not held back by a struggling EU, who's debt is not known as it stands now!

In February of this year we had secured an agreement to restrict the availability of in-work benefits until the person had been in the UK for 4 years. That was, of course, dependent upon us voting to remain.

Bribery gets us everywhere?
Therefore it's possible to renegotiate that agin along side the single market going one srptep further with a work permit for all immigrants like the USA Canada etc!

We have more migrants from non-EU countries than EU ones, and they tend to 'cost' the country more. Where does your faith that the government can 'manage' immigration come from?

The EU will buckle to the mighty Blighty when we land in Brussels eh lads?

Or they might not give a toss and dig their heels in with the bigger picture of the preservation of the integrity of the fundamental basics of the EU being seen as more important than rolling over to our island nation, and tell us to get stretched.
That post is many reasons why we voted to leave!

Says who?
No one because no government has produced actual figures probably because of embarrassment of EU citizens who have worked here and gone home still get child tax credits sent to them!
The deal DC tried to get was to put a 4 year limit on benefits for EU citizens who claim benefit over hear the actual figures of what it was costing us including housing benefit and tax credits and child credits has never surfaced - they just point out that migration fetches wealth to our country without these figures!
I suspect if published the vote OUT would have been bigger!
The fact DC wanted a four year emergency break says it all its in the Tory manefesto!

Does that not account for something like 0.00001% of tax credits?
