You have no way of knowing that. Source please that enough people wanted to leave the EU (which had never been a political hot spot until talk of the referendum) by any means and at any costs that Leave could have secured a majority without rampant falsehoods and being honest that impoverishing the country was the endgame.

I mean, I'm sure the racists would have bumped it up a bit , but unless you're contending that the vast majority of Leave voters were racist then you haven't got the numbers.
