The new board members are:

  • Andrew Hood, Founding partner at Oxford Research & Analysis, announced as lead non-executive board member
  • Dominic Johnson, Founding Partner and Chief Executive at Somerset Capital Management, announced as chair of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee
  • Dr Dambisa Moyo, Economist and Author, will become a new non-executive board member
  • Douglas Carswell, former Member of Parliament for Clacton, will become a new non-executive board member

Havnt a clue what thats all about. But reasonably sure that Dominic Johnson is Rees Moggs pal in his business.

By Jove sir, the possibility hadn't previously occurred to me. Now that you mention it, Gareth did once stick his fingers in an electrical socket, to test if the circuit breaker would work as quickly as it should. There is an alternative possibility in that they are perfectly ordinary people who felt neglected and isolated, who were sold a vision which would make their world a far better place. No downsides whatsoever, whereby the only alternative on offer was to keep things as they were "in perpetual subjugation to Brussels". I think in marketing terms it's called selling the dream and delivering the nightmare. Irrelevant now Pete. We're wayyy passed that point now. We all need to prepare for the Brexit reality. There will be no sunlit uplands.

Start buying as much frozen and tinned food as you can as fresh is going to be badly impacted. Not an opinion, that's a fact.

Surprised that wasn't on the side of a big red bus during the Vote Leave referendum campaign. Can't think why?
