Anyway lads, you’ve all made your opposition to the U.K. well presented. So I shall leave you all to continue your circular bumfest as you cannot either take or understand another political position. I’ve said for a while that this thread should be closed, as no one seems remotely interested in whatever deal is done or how negotiations take place. So enjoy your group think, enjoy agreeing with each other , and enjoy life outside of the EU.....pete
Wouldn’t it just be easier if you tried to understand another political position? As for your usual patronising “no one is remotely interested...,how negotiations take place” Why? were all your negotiations outside the law?
You wanted the thread closed because your arguments were made to look increasingly foolish and now you’ve been chased off.
Cheerio,

How the vote was always going to go, it’s called maths.

What a truly facile and ridiculous comment that is.

You’re nothing but a completely pointless Tory windbag, full of bluster, BS and emotive soundbites that mean literally nothing. A virtual mirror image of your glorious leader.

I took you off ignore as the thread was virtually impossible to read, but I’d rather just swerve it completely than read another word of your tedious tribal tripe. So back on ignore you go.
I find it quite entertaining with him on ignore. Page after page of more intelligent people calling out his bullshit without having to read it. Plus you don't have to put up with his constant misuse of ellipses.

So, according to you, Leavers are a bunch of mugs who couldn’t make up their own minds and are now too frightened to speak up. Oh, and if they do speak up then they must be xenophobic , bigots and racist.....

Whereas Remainers are fully informed, balanced individuals, who didn’t fall for any of the guff from the Remain groups and are the most open and welcoming people in the country. Funny enough, none of the posts by this intellectual and charitable group seem to reflect such a high moral position. To me they just seem like a bunch of moaning, whining, anti U.K. and pro bureaucracy zealots, who ignore referendum and General Election results and who would rather the U.K. suffer during and after these negotiations at the hands of the EU in order to claim some form of ‘victory’ on the Internet.

Personally, I don’t mind you clinging to your views in the misplaced belief and hope that somehow the U.K. will fail. Please just stop being so bloody miserable about it......

Pete, there are going to be 80's levels of unemployment when the Furlough Scheme finishes at the end of the month.

With a No Deal Brexit starting to look more and more likely we seem to be heading for a perfect storm regarding employment, and as a consequence the UK WILL suffer during and after the negotiations both politically and fiscally, due to the deliberate (I suspect) failure to secure a deal.

I truly believe that the Prime Minister would knowingly sell the UK down the river in order to secure a trade deal with Trump in the same way that Blair sold us all out over Iraq. Johnson smells a big fat personal profit linked to an American trade deal, with us as a country then having to take a bite of a huge poo sandwich.

It’s not group think, it’s not disliking the UK, and it’s not a ‘bum fest’. What’s actually happened is you are unable to defend your position outside of blaming everyone else. The only one that seems to have any groupthink going on is you with your regurgitating of the Tory lives.
You could show any form of ability to listen to differing points of views but it seems you’re too obsessed with trying to bring back a country that never existed.

This is going to cause Pete some cognitive dissonance.

Unless thats something that only affects snowflakes or something.

It's not hard. If you think things through you might start doubting yourself and maybe even realising that the way you've thought previously was misguided. That's not very British so you won't find Peter falling foul of it. Stick to your guns and insult others whilst complaining they aren't playing fair, that's what kept the Empire afloat.

I think it will set him into an infinite loop switching between directives. I must stick up for the PM, then looks at his Maggie shrine and thinks what she says must be true and back and forth. He'll have to perform a self shutdown like like in Terminator 3 or his circuits will fry.
