no, you want to remain and along with many others like you, hope that your constant sniping and undermining of the process will result in us remaining tied to the EU.
How is the process being undermined by people expressing an opinion? We live in a democracy ffs. A democratic vote on an emotive subject has taken place and we have decided what to do. Not everyone has to like it but it won’t stop it happening. All the right wing rubbish about “rear guard actions” and “activist lawyers” is just a distraction from the complete balls up the unchallengeable government are making of it. Not only was the deal not “oven ready” now it appears to have been unread.

Again, this is part of a negotiation. The U.K. has been a soft touch for far too long and allowed the EU to formulate a position where we split N.I. from the rest of the U.K., rather than the ROI from the rest of the EU. Personally I’m pleased we are playing the hardest of hardball and have the John Majors and Theresa May’s crying about it. Certain countries within the EU wouldn’t think twice about adopting similar tactics to try and gain an advantage. But yet again, all the Remainers are now really really concerned about International Law and how the U.K. is viewed, but in reality it’s just another cynical excuse to kick the Brexit team....

Sweet Mary Mother of Jesus, this is probably your maddest line yet.

None of this is ‘amusing’, it’s deadly serious, no one has ‘won’ anything but a decision has been made, and we need to enact it. The U.K. has enough enemies who would wish us ill without having political Remainers and the SNP doing all they can to undermine negotiations....

They are not undermining negotiations and it’s such a weird refusal to accept you voted for a fallacy to say so

So basically the previous negotiations were done badly and this has now been realised but it’s remainers who get the blame.
Why shouldn’t responsible people be concerned with international law?
For “playing the hardest of hardball” read balls up with an embarrassing way out dressed up as negotiation.
Always somebody else’s fault eh?

Pretty sure that Priti Patel floated the idea of Ireland joining the UK 'bloc' post Brexit some years back, and was roundly laughed at by all ends of the political spectrum, so that's just outright idiocy from Pete to advocate it now as if it's some secret plan that was never enacted due to remainer oversight.

I've believed since Johnson won the election that the government/Cummings don't want a deal and the plan all along has been for a No Deal outcome. Nothing that has happened since the election has done anything to change my mind on this and the latest shenanigans just make me more sure on it. The only thing they are after now is a way of blaming the EU for the No Deal outcome.

Ok, can you explain why we should not have had a ‘border’ between the ROI and the EU, but you think it’s fine to have one between the NI and U.K......in your own time, no rush, just explain the logic.....
