I can care less what direction was taken. But I thought the speech was quite great! Good for the Brits! Yes it was taken 5 mo ago but just popped up as a suggested vid
 
Now what could be wrong with those wanting to keep a connection with the EU from doing so,or is it Britain for true Brit's only?

Not at all, if people wish to have an EU connection and the EU are happy for them to do so, then fine. And if the Eu decide they can tax you (like the USA does) or if they decide to call you up for National Service then I’m sure you will be happy with that.....

The very thought that any future conflict would involve conscripts is very strange.
 
It’s a weird one that I’ve heard a few times. Being conscripted into the EU army lol
The link I posted is from students who would like to keep open the opportunity for educational and cultural exchange,it would also benefit those who wish to retire in the future to an EU country and those who already have a second home. How that can be linked to conscription to a non existent EU army is odd...or maybe not.
