Firstly, the vote was never binding, but perhaps more importantly, no one ever said it would be easy. To think it would be plain sailing is a little naive. I can see an awful lot of leave voters very disappointed with what we end up with when we do leave.
not binding ?
The PM resigned
The new PM claims straight away we are negotiating out of the EU!
The people voted in a National referendrum we are not a banana republic !
Or a Faschist state the last time I heard?

I don't get why you give him a hard time about educating himself on the issues and what sort of impact they could have on him and his countrymen.
It's just a joke with him ok he sent me a link once with 454 pages, I just like to hear posters opinions for debate not an encypedia answer of Google that's all it's a running joke I have with him ok!

Ah...I see. I've just noticed that you say it a lot in response to his posts rather than disputing or agreeing with what is posted.

No biggie I just thought it was weird. Carry on.

I bet it would have been binding if we'd voted to remain though. I can see an awful lot of remain voters being very happy when we leave and see the deals we have........

Utter rubbish!

So did I but lawyers ex civil servant know it alls on this thread seem to know better, yes I have heard there will be legal challenges reported to definitely fail!

irony alert.

Your rhetoric does nothing for the debate you seek.

Seems some aren't allowed to contribute to the debate because of your contempt for a differing opinion, do wish you would temper it a bit as iirc we are 'on the same side' albeit for different reasons.

Sadly it seems more of a contempt for anyone who makes the effort to have an informed opinion.

So if the best we can negotiate with the EU is exactly as it is now with regards to both trade and free movement, but we have no say in future agreements (ala Norway), you'd be happy to continue down that road on account of Brexit meaning Brexit?
