there's a great documentary about men dressing up as nuns in Boston and robbing banks. It's called 'The Town'. We had to crack down and ban all nuns.

As I said, full control.....not the very limited control that you continue to suggest demonstrates that we have full control over immigration. We don't. We have a three month window to keep out 'undesirables', which admittedly, our useless government evidently doesn't use. So, in answer to your question, EU rules and membership is responsible for that.
