He's waived (I assume accidently) his legal privilege to advice on a case he intends to bring
lolPerhaps not his only intentions.I think his intention is to determine precisely who wrote the bill, who contributed, who advised and what communication took place between various parties. I think his argument goes that if we don’t know who wrote it and under what circumstances then it may be unconstitutional. If there is any indication that a foreign power was even slightly part of the process then who knows.....

I agreeI have just watched a bit of a TV programme fronted by Ed Balls all about the import/export machine in the UK. Mainly cos the footie is crap, and I am vaguely interested in it.
They focused on food. And it was astonishing how a ship with hundreds of containers rammed full of it from everywhere are seemlessly loaded, (by computer) onto hundreds of lorries and then delivered to distribution hubs around the UK.
With the reverse for the exports.
Anyone thinking that messing with this utterly interdependent system, that has developed over years/as technology expands, with no repercussions on food supplies is plain and simple, a Tory

Is this the easiest deal ever we were promised 3 years ago ?? Or is this another great deal we’ve yet to hear about ?As you've said, food is imported and exported from "everywhere". Access to buy and sell food doesn't require EU membership. We're not going to starve outside of the EU.
And as for the "interdependence" that you have acknowledged , that gives us serious leverage to make a good deal. The whole 'if it's not broke, don't fix it' mentality, means that there would never be any improvements or progress.

There's a reason why every single trade body in the UK would rather revoke article 50 than go through a no deal Brexit.

Don’t kid yourself. No deal was never mentioned until it became apparent that this god awful Tory government couldn’t stamp their feet and get what they want, Chuck the erg into the mix and hey presto.... the most inept assembly of crooks and liars assembled under one roof.... aka... the Tory partyIn the interest of balance.... equally, we were also promised that "no deal would be better than a bad deal".
Parliament should have united behind the referendum result to get the best deal possible. They haven't. Remain MP's alone, who have refused to accept the result of the referendum, are responsible for our inability to get a deal.
