Welcome back Wayne
Corbyn is fully aware of the game being played, hence the reason he didn’t fall into the elephant trap of the election call, before the Benn Act has been adhered to.
He can thank Blair for that.....

Maybe, but the collective unit in the House that’s vehemently against a no deal exit, have completely out smarted ‘the brain’ Cummings throughout.
We really do.we don’t know yet.....
We really do.
Maybe Sajid Javid crowd sourcing ideas to remove red tape around EU regulations might help find that much needed detail.it doesn’t matter what is put forward, it will be rejected.....usually with the comment ‘we need more detail’......
See the problem you have Pete is that every time you say 'we will find out/we will see' in this thread, we find out that it was the opposite of what you were suggesting we would see.well we will soon find out.....

it wouldn’t matter......we are on the road to no deal....
When you’ve got the Leader of the House trying to suggest that A50 somehow trumps the Benn Act and displaying his woefully ignorance of both the law and reality, then I’d suggest that we’re not.
Dream on Pete.if the EU will not extend the date, it doesn’t matter what the surrender act says, we are out......
Because, if we use a cooking anaology, while we may not not have made our lasagne, we know categorically that the tomatoes are tomatoes, the beef mince is beef mince, the garlic is garlic etc.how, when we haven’t yet reached the end......
Dream on Pete.
The EU will accept the U.K. deciding to leave with no deal, but there’s no way they’re going to be the direct cause of it by going against the will of our Parliament. Not going to happen.
