No idea if factually, it is correct. But even so, some of us have been suggesting to the hard line Brexiteers on here that the reasons they have been fed for us to leave might have a more sinister edge to them. Be that political, or financial. With the obvious caveat that the two are usually willing bedfellows anyrate.

Project fear though. Brexit means Brexit. Take Back Control.

At this point for a person to believe that "Project Fear" is actually a thing says everything about that person

Seems to be a decision made on principle of constitutional law rather than any specific statute.

The High Court ruling was that there is no legal standard that you can measure prorougation against, but that it could be used for matters other than the Queen's Speech and gave a number of examples. The Court of session had said, there's nothing wrong with prorougation of Parliament, but there is something constitutionally wrong with the Government preventing Parliament from discussing a time limited issue.

Toss of the coin in the Supreme Court I think. In many respects it's a non issue as the decision to prorogue was to stop the Brexit discussion and delay for this week to prevent the discussion so It's fulfilled it's purpose.
