As a constitutuinal expert just tweeted, what are the chances after this that MPs turn up now en masse and test the Scottish Supreme Court ruling by attempting to get back into the Commons chamber? Proroguing was just declared illegal.

think in are feudal society it still goes down to the queen even after the courts. if they say he has told lies to liz he will be a dead man walking

It's a temporary ban I believe and was a result of constantly overstepping the mark re the Irish, despite being asked a number of times.
