That depends (some webpage)....
'Civil unrest is typically defined by law enforcement as a gathering of three or more people, in reaction to an event, with the intention of causing a public disturbance in violation of the law.'

Collins dictionary
Civil unrest is fighting between different groups of people

Doesn't sound that its particularly lawful, but I will await several rebuttal posts shortly pointing out the error of my googling
It'll be @Joey66 he hates anyone using Google.

While I'm not exactly sure, they have assets such as Property, loans/lending (which the UK could argue that if borrowing consitutues a liability which should be apportioned to the UK in the event of Brexit, then EU loans could be considered assets and used to offset the divorce bill), cash held by treasury and European bank etc.
yea, I'd imagine there's liquid assets/liabilities and then a very small amount of fixed assets. Nothing that would be too difficult to figure out in the unlikely case of the demise of the EU.
Nowhere near the scale of a similar issue happening the the UK ;)

The Labs and Libs should have backed May's deal. It could always have been tweaked a bit in the next few years.

Now we're leaving with no deal. And the UK may very well break up. Great stuff.

I dunno. I wouldnt be surprised if some classic last minute EU compromise pops up.

They had better be quick about it

Angry crowds of anti-Brexit protesters are targeting Conservative MPs at their constituency offices and homes after hardcore leftist group Momentum issued a call to arms to bring down the Government.

And no doubt the blame will be put on leave voters for having the cheek to vote the wrong way in their millions to cause this scenario

Fairly sure that no leave voter wanted parliament manipulated like this to get the most extreme form of Brexit forced through.

Why so cynical?

You should be jubilant as a leave voter. The goal of No Deal looks close.

Oh and I'd guess the Express for the quote?

I may well be wrong, very wrong probably, but I am coming round (to my own theory) that this Parliament thing is designed to lob pressure on the EU. Its a narrative that has legs, even if its lacking in facts.

wow, right.
But how much of that is liquid and how much is fixed?
Either way, I'd say the value of these assets is factored in to any divorce deal.
But I'd imagine there's only so far you can go. What happens to UK infrastructure projects that were part or wholly funded by the EU?

That sounds a lot, and in normal world, it is. But in context, its about the market cap of Uber.

edit. No its not. Didnt have my specs on. But even so, in global money and pensions and stuff, its not mega.
