You are wasting your breath mate. Some on here either cant, or wont, examine the origins of the rise of the far right in early 1930's Germany, or more importantly, a few of the main components that helped it. And not see similar happening now.

And others wrongly lazily take offence one is accusing them of being a Nazi.

And one thinks the EU is a Nazi organisation.

Not sure what you can do faced with any of ^^^^^^ those positions.

lets face it , the word Nazi should be nowhere near this thread.

.

No a Labour MP started this on Sunday ....

Just like if we don't Brexit is that what you are indicating?
doesn't look like the remainers like being labelled as Nazi's joe. who'd have thunk it.

For crying out loud, some folk read what they want and seem to ignore the rest.

No one on here is calling anyone else a nazi. What some are doing is referencing the situation in early 1930's Germany that allowed the seeds of it to germinate, as being a bit similar to parts of the UK now.

That doesn't explain the comparison, the only substantial connection in places where the right is on the rise is a detachment by politicians from the public.
As for the EU as a 'nazi' type organisation, perhaps nazi is the wrong choice of word, fascist can easily be applied if you use Mussolini's version of a corooratocracy, business and state working for mutual authority.
I'd certainly take offence at being called a nazi too. A lot on here seem to only read right wing with any leave voters, which is patently untrue and one of the fundamental isdues with the state of Brexit is using cartoon media terms like Brexiteer or Remoaner, keeps Fleet Street et al rubbing their hands at such childish inflammstory terms.
The public have played into the hands of their puppet masters.

thanks for helping point out what I couldn't say !

But isn't that one of their ambitions?
Who are you referring to when you say 'their' because while some may be calling for it across Europe it is not a universal stance.

In any event, creating a 'super state' with an overarching Governing body and Army is not even close to being 'as about as Nazi as it gets'.
