I think this is heading in the direction of a lengthy delay to brexit, potentially indefinitely. At which point she will resign, and a new tory leader will fight a general election. I think there will be one in June or thereabouts.

The issue of the European elections is the one I'm not sure about. There will be so much anger if millions are spent to hold them.

I don’t think the EU would allow this mate.

The current UK MEP's remain in place if article 50 was extended past the election date iirc.

On the contrary, you misread my post again.

It's called having an open mind on all things.

I have an open mind on Russian intervention in whatever. It would be foolish to think that they did not. In the same way that Western Governments will be doing exactly the same thing. What is missing is the link between over-arching machinations at the top level, and the ordinary Joe in the street like you and I ACTUALLY being taken in and acting on it on an individual basis.

Now I'm off for a cup of tea and a live game on the box.

Ask yourself why Facbooks main source of billions is advertising. Then ask yourself what if, perhaps, that some stuff on there, as in posts, might actually be "advertising". Or, posts designed to influence.

Then, square that circle, then ask yourself why any company on the planet advertises/seeks to influence, costing a bomb, if no one is influenced.

The motion we will table [tomorrow] will set out the fundamental choice facing this house.

If the house finds a way in the coming days to support a deal, it would allow the government to seek a short limited technical extension to article 50 to provide time to pass the necessary legislation and ratify the agreement we have reached with the EU.

But let me be clear, such a short technical extension is only likely to be on offer if we have a deal in place.

Therefore, the house has to understand and accept that, if it is not willing to support a deal in the coming days, and as it is not willing to support leaving without a deal on 29 March, then it is suggesting that there will need to be a much longer extension to article 50. Such an extension would undoubtedly require the United Kingdom to hold European parliament elections in May 2019.

I do not think that would be the right outcome.

But the house needs to face up to the consequences of the decisions it has taken.

I literally linked you a host of material about it and you dismissed it out of hand.

Not sure an open mind would take that position.
