Ah, you've got it at last!

Cameron showed what a total outhouse he is/was by taking the actions I have mentioned in my previous posts. And then jumping ship when it didn't go his way. Further compounded by not making ANY plans for the possibility of the vote going again him. An odious individual (as was ultimately shown by his actions) who wasted (as I've said numerous times before) £9.5 million of taxpayers money on his personal preference.

Amongst many things what I don’t understand is the apparent disinterest in the possible Russian interference and interest . Obviously nothing has been proven but given the Aaron banks links not to mention twitter bots and the rest I thought leavers would be concerned , they seem exercised about Eu interference and the government leaflet but not bothered about these stories . I’m not suggesting it makes the referendum void or anything like that but if I thought China had been supporting remain for example I’d be asking why but I’d also be wanting those involved investigated and if appropriate prosecuted , regardless of my sympathies with that campaign .

In fairness, reading it today, it was pretty much on the nose.

It says, if we vote leave:
we won't be able to access the single market without paying into the EU and accepting the core freedoms.
it will cost jobs
we will face uncertainty and instability
Living standards will be adversely affected.
The pound will lose value.
Some household items would increase in price.
we could lose cheap airfares, free roaming and reciprocal healthcare abroad.

So we knew what we were voting for after all......

Indeed. It's always easier to rush to snap judgements than actually do research, you would just hope there is the self-awareness to accept that such reasoning is inherently compromised rather than a gold standard.

The thing is, had it been a binding referendum, it would have, it's only because it was an advisory referendum that it hasn't been.
