This is standard, like the below.

They're either dangerously stupid and actually believe the nonsense they type or know what they're saying but trying to peddle myths to those not bothering to research.

@peteblue @Joey66 @Old Blue 2

C'mon lads, we need more from you. Where's that Great British spirit?

Change is now, change is now
Things that seemed to be solid are not
All is now, all is now
The time that we have to live

Gather all that we can
Keep in harmony with love's sweet plan

Truth is real, truth is real
That which is not real does not exist
In and out roundabout
Dance to the day when fear it is gone

Gather all that we can
Keep in harmony with love's sweet plan

Change is now, change is now
Things that seemed to be solid are not
In and out roundabout
Dance to the day when fear it is gone

Fear it is gone
Fear it is gone

Rock on! ;)

come gather 'round people wherever you roam
and admit that the waters around you have grown
and accept it that soon you'll be drenched to the bone
if your time to you is worth savin'
and you better start swimmin' or you'll sink like a stone
for the times they are a changin'

come writers and critics who prophecize with your pen
and keep your eyes wide the chance won't come again
and don't speak too soon for the wheel's still in spin
and there's no tellin' who that it's namin'
for the loser now will be later to win
for the times they are a changin'

Rock on! ;)

Piece in the Economist this week about technology and borders - https://www.economist.com/science-a...ld-make-a-hard-border-disappear-but-at-a-cost

Suffice to say, the Economist are big supporters of remain, but I'm sure leave supporters have produced a whole bunch of solutions to the backstop challenge. Right? @peteblue Anyone?

It merely states what I’ve been saying all along, the technology can sort it out but it’s the politics that put it down......the title of the piece says it all really.....

Leavers seem to have run out of steam in this thread.

No responses to simple questions, no decent arguments, facts or reasoning...

Really sad to see

It’s all been covered tbh...Remainers are now just filibustering and asking the same questions over and over again, without reading the answers given, and without realising that we are just under 41 days from leaving......

Still not one Remainer has put up a case for why we should remain, no decent arguments, no facts nor reasoning, really sad to see....

Less than 41 days, tick tock....

Would you be a roundhead or a cavalier? Asking for a friend, which is a complete lie, it's for me, as I see you're treating this whole scenario in an overly zealous fashion to maintain division amongst the peoples in perpetuity.
You're treating this as a civil war, which is what actually allows this olde englishe shytefest to flourish.

I did. You agreed with a few.

Your response to my main concern was "We will be fine".

Pretty decent argument, fact, and reasoning.

I maintain my opinion......the facts and reasoning have been covered in the previous 2,700+ pages.

We are where we are. Irrespective of Remainers wishing otherwise, Leavers are pretty solid on this, we want out. No ifs and buts, we want out. The U.K. economy has outperformed the EU over the last few years, free of the EU anchor we will grow further. I’ve said all along that we will take a short term hit, which people will not even notice, in fact I’m not even sure now that we will take a short term hit. We have a robust economy, there will be bits of movement, but we will grow. Meanwhile I now expect Eu countries to undergo recession, Germany, France, Italy and Spain are in deep doodoo’s but attempting to bluff their way through it. Germany especially will be hit by Trump and any EU imposed nonsense regarding trade with the U.K. Meanwhile the U.K. and USA will develop additional trade and we will grow.....

I really hope you're right, Peteblue, but I can't see t happening myself.

That’s a great question btw......status quo, rule of parliament, or rule of the unelected........
