I have gone on record here and in other forums as saying Cameron is the worst PM in my lifetime and is likely to remain so in the lifetime of anyone living in the country now.

But I am now retracting that.

May is totally the most inept PM.....ever.

I know she was handed a poisoned chalice, but she has drank enthusiastically from it and she has made a bad situation many times worse.

Indeed. Her plan is to play chicken with reality.

I want to say to people, I follow Newcastle United, if a game is on the TV I will watch it, but I know that Rafael Benitez has forgotten more about football in one day than I will ever know.
It’s not because he is smarter than me - though he probably is smarter than me - it’s because that’s what he spends his life doing.
You send people to parliament and that’s their day job. It’s not your day job. So if they study the detail and say this is a bad idea, they are not squabbling children, they are doing what you sent them to parliament to do.
If you explain that to people they regard this as the elite fighting back. It’s absurd. We have got to have politicians who stand up and say ‘No, that is not a sensible way of looking at this’.

That is typical Blair though - come up with one statement that is true, then use it to argue for something that is not true and which anyway is contradicted by what he just said.

His argument is one for MPs cancelling Brexit, not to put it back to a People’s Vote (which he’s spent months calling for).

The brexit mob have discounted the views of far more studious people than our MP's, as of yet i have not seen one worthwhile opinion or even personality arguing with both sincerity and clarity at the same time for brexit. The heads are in the sand and they wont stop until the world is a smaller place

yeah..he is a sneaky so and so, but it does go along with the fact i have still not come across one politician who seems to be reasonable who is pro-brexit

If they vote today and take No Deal off the table, they are all living in cloud cuckooland if they think the EU will offer a better deal to them, the last foot we have to stand on and they are blowing the whole leg off.

Loads of Labour MP's saying we will be able to get a better deal, absolutely no chance.

One thing that Brexit has shown us all, is what a bunch of useless self serving numpties we have running this country, on both sides of the house.

Sorry, but that’s rubbish. No deal as an option in a negotiation is like threatening to harm yourself in an argument. Anyone who proposes it needs urgent help.
